Real-Time Traceability
The Sourcery Connect is the only system that enables real-time traceability while you transact.
While you trade, all transactional and chain-of-custody information is automatically captured in one place and securely stored in the blockchain called Personal Data Vault (PDV) accessible only to the individual user. the data contained in the PDV can be converted into digital assets called Bluechips (Transparent Trade (TT 1-4) Bluechips picture here) that can be sold under license ensuring that any licensee can access all of the verified data and documentary proof that required full transactional traceability and compliance from grower to consumer.
Data Incentives and Royalties
Earn data incentives and royalties from the license sale of Bluechips via the Bluechip Exchange data marketplace. Proceeds from the sale of Bluechips are paid in BluePoints that can be transfferred to other Partners or withdrawn into any bank account or UPI.
100 BluePoints are equal to $1.00 United States Dollar (USD) in equivalent cash value. BluePoints can be transferred to any Connect Platform user in exchange for goods and services or withdrawn into any bank account or UPI in local currency. Conversion of BluePoints are subject to current FX rates between USD and local currency at time of withdraw.
Lead and Own the Future of Trade
Sourcery Partners recognise that the future of trade requires them to fund, own and proactively lead the transformation, together. During the first five (5) years of membership, Partners can earn or purchase stock equity in Sourcery by demonstrating their commitment to transforming trade for good.
Sourcery Partners can earn up to 80% of all outstanding stock in Sourcery through the Sourcery Stock Option Subscription programme and by making direct equity investments. 2. The stock option progamme includes a five (5) year vesting period whereby the volume traded through Sourcery earn equity credits that are then converted into shares that hold a value of up to $250,000 USD. Organisations that purchase fibre (and yarn) and manufacture yarn in their owned and operated facilities and sell yarn to other manufacturer or traders.

Organsiations that purchase yarn (and fabric) and manufacture fabric in their owned and operated facilities and sell fabric to other manufacturers or traders (or transfer, if vertical)

Assembly/CMT (or RMG) organisations who purchase fabric and manufacturer finished goods in their owned and operated facilities and sell finished goods to brands and importers and others.

Organisations that offer added-value dyeing, confection, and printing services explicitly to other Sourcery Manufacturer Partners or Trade Partners and are not involved in the direct purchasing and sale of physical fibre, yarn, fabric or finished goods via the Connect Platform.
*Limted to the first twenty-five (25) manufacturers who sign up and apply for Transform premium membership and Connect Platform access. The platform is free for 12 months and thereafter will include a $2,400 per year annual license fee for Partners. Partners can also downgrade to the free ‘Trade’ solution at that time. Partners requiring Transform Plus (Enterprise) or Transform Pro will receive a $2,400 credit for first year membership.
