Connect Platform App Download and Registration

Access to the Connect Platform requires downloading the Connect Platform app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The Connect Platform app itself is free to download, yet access is limited only to Sourcery Partner members. If you or your organisation is not yet a Partner, please apply for membership here.

  • Download the Connect Platform app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

    You can do this on a personal account or a company account. If you organisation requires your company IT policies to allow third-party downloads, please contact them.

    1. Click Create My Bluenumber button on the log-in screen. If you already have a Bluenumber, please contact us

    2. Under Agreement, read and review the Connect Platform User Agreemeent, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and press ‘Accept’ at the bottom of the screen.

    3. Under ‘Mobile Confirmation’ Please enter your mobile number associated with the mobile device you are registering on.

      Once you enter your phone number you will receive a one-time-password (OTP) that is required to proceed

      You may be asked to verify that you are not a robot and have to complete CAPTCHA--a type of challenge–response test that verifiers you are a real person. Click Confirm.

      Note: To protect our Partners privacy and security, Connect Platform does not use email to log-in and there are not passwords to remember. Access is also limited to a maximum of three (3) registered devices using the same mobile phone number.

    4. Under Personal Profile, please select a profile picture and enter your personal information and please select your role.If you do not know your role, please click on the guide link called “what are roles” button” to learn more or ask us.

    5. Please click “company/employee” check box. If you are not associated with a company or registered legal entity (not common), you can select individual.

    6. Under Company Profile enter all of your actual company legal information, including address, professional email and phone number as this account. This must match your membership records and will be cross checked by our team.

    7. Under Verify User, scan the your company QR code or manually enter your Company Bluenumber that was given to your administrator and is found on the company registration certific

      You will be issued a Personal Bluenumber. (X0000-X0000-X0000-X0000) which serves as your B#SSIN and is your 20-digit public keys associated with a highly encrypted 256 character private digital keys that enable access to your account

      This is your permanent Bluenumber connected to your mobile number, it can be used outside of Sourcery Connect with other applications using the Bluenumber technology,  however you will receive a different Personal Data Vault (PDV) as the Sourcery PDV is accessible only to Connect Platform user. Please copy and paste and save this into a safe place.

    8. You must wait for your company administrator to approve your connection to access the Connect Platform account, which be immediate or take anywhere from 24-48 hours. If you have not been approved after 48 hours, please contact your company administrator or Sourcery at connect@thesourcery.io
