The below User Agreement language reflects the same language found in Sourcery Connect (web and mobile) when you download and begin the user registration process by tapping the button Accept found in the Sourcery Connect web and mobile applications.

User Agreement

This User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and all policies and additional terms posted on and in our sites, applications, tools, membership agreements, solutions and services (collectively "Solutions") set out the terms on which Sourcery (Sourcery Group, Inc) offers you access to and use of our our Solutions. You agree to comply with all terms of this User Agreement when accessing or using the Connect Platform (‘Sourcery Connect’).

1. Bluenumber - When you register on the Sourcery Connect Platform application you will get a Bluenumber (B#). This is a unique digital identity called Self-Sovereign Identification (SSID). This SSID links your mobile phone number with your location to verify your identity. Learn more here or visit Bluenumber (B#).

2. Personal Data Vault (PDV) - Your Bluenumber creates a Personal Data Vault (PDV) which encrypts and stores your data on the blockchain. Your Bluenumber is your unique key to access and control data in your PDV. Only you have access to the data stored in your PDV via registered Bluenumber devices. Learn more here.

3. Data Sovereignty - As the ‘data originator’ and primary subject of the data that you create directly or is created on your behalf (field staff, auditor, verifier, Sourcery, etc.), you always own and control all data (including documents) that is created within or uploaded to the Sourcery Connect Platform. 4. Data Licensing - Sourcery may market, broker, license and sell the data on your behalf by providing us permission through this User Agreement.  All data is aggregated and anonymized and sold via non-fungible digital assets called Bluechips that represent the data stored in your PDV. If any personal information (name, phone, location, contact info, etc) is requested, you will be notified directly on a case-by-case basis by Sourcery seeking approval to license and sell personal information to ensure you control and own your personal information. 6. Privacy and Use - We will never share or sell your data onward directly and expect the same of all Sourcery Connect Platform users, including you, with regard to other users data. Data can only be sold through the Bluechip Exchange (data marketplace) and net proceeds from the license sale of data are transferred only to the mobile wallet on the Connect Platform that is registered under your Bluenumber. All Connect Platform users will receive BluePoint digital currency that can be transferred to other Connect Platform users for goods and services or converted into local currency into any bank accounts and third-party payment interfaces. 7. Blockchain - All data that is stored in your PDV is immutable—it cannot be changed or removed at any time by Sourcery or any other party. You can choose to deactivate your account preventing anyone, including you, from access to your PDV and data. Sourcery and Bluenumber will delete any data stored on your local device and delete any personal data that is not currently stored in your PDV. Data that is under third-party license at time of account deactivation requested will be deleted no earlier than 180 days following the account deactivation request or the end of the data license term, whichever is later. 8. Limited Liability - Sourcery any of its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Bluenumber hold no liability for any data storage, transmission, functionality failures or processing that occurs via the Connect Platform including incidences of data breaches, data transmission delays or failures. Sourcery holds no liability for any active enquires, offers, transactions that occur on the Connect Platform and any loss of business or trade as a result of Connect Platform functionality failures.
